    The staff is very helpful and friendly. The shelves are well stocked, and if they are out of a product they will see if there is another store in the area that has it in stock. The staff is great when needing help reaching or bending to get something, and if you need assistance with a carry out there is almost never a wait time, and on the rare occasion it might be 3 minutes. That is 5 stars alone, because the store becomes even more accessible to those who might need a little more help.

    Small location but willing to bring in items that are frequently requested. Staff has long tenure and are very friendly and knowledgable.

    A few weeks ago I asked an employee whether they carried County Cider, which is one of my fave cider brands. They didn’t and she wasn’t familiar with it. However, she did recommend Okanagan, which I did end up buying and enjoying. Fast forward and surprise! There was County Cider in 2 flavours: apple and blackberry peach! I was so thrilled, and very appreciative of them ordering this for the store. I can’t say 100% it was because of me but if it was, that is some stellar proactive customer service that is rare to come across these days. Thank you! And I will be back.

    It's a liquor store, so it's not like there's that much to say about it. This one is smaller than some, but they tend to have what I'm looking for, or I can order it to the store (as with any LCBO). I've found their staff to be friendly, knowledgable and helpful, and I enjoy stopping in.

    I came here this afternoon and had the best experience I’ve ever had at an LCBO store. I was greeted with a friendly hello when I entered the store by a lovely staff member which is literally UNHEARD OF at any LCBO unless you are in a small town or are a frequent flyer and know the staff. I then went through the cash with a second staff member, another lovely gentleman, and he was friendly, made meaningful small talk and was very kind. It felt like an authentic small town shop experience. Needless to say, these staff members truly went above and beyond and all it took was a bit of extra kindness on their part. They didn’t need to do that. Customer service is exhausting at times. But they did and it really stood out to me in this fishbowl world where many encounters occur as if two ships passed in the dark of night. Thank you, to the guys who were working this afternoon. You made my day.

    My favourite LCBO. Not be the biggest inventory or the largest variety but floor staff is on point. Readily available, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve also had incredible luck with no lineups and there always an an abundance of parking.
